Stick to watching these videos and keep your mitts off your face from now on.

"My mom saw this over my shoulder while I was watching it and knocked my phone out of my hand and told me to get a better hobby."

The internet's obsession with pimple-popping videos is only picking up steam—and now a new account on Instagram is taking these gross videos to a whole new level of ick.

Enter: super-magnified images of pimples popping, blackheads oozing out, skin peeling off, and ingrown hairs breaking out to freedom. (If you’re eating lunch right now, finish, and then come back. You’ve been warned.)

Since February, Instagram user @bestpimple has amassed 89 close-up videos of these skin explosions, and over 2,300 people regularly follow along.

On their YouTube channel, some videos, like blackhead and whitehead removal, have gotten over one million views.

“I love to remove blackheads, whiteheads, and keratin plugs using my microscope!” the description to the channel reads.

Comments from followers include “that was satisfying” and “new favorite account.” Our favorite: “My mom saw this over my shoulder while I was watching it and knocked my phone out of my hand and told me to get a better hobby.”

Here's everything you needed to know about adult acne:

If you get satisfaction from picking at your own skin or watching others do it, Women’s Health ranked nine “so-nasty-you-can’t-look-away" videos for your viewing pleasure. Classics include “The Inner Ear Blackhead” and “The One That Gets on The Mirror.”

And then there’s a blackhead extraction that had gotten 20 million views as of December 2016 (It’s now up to 27 million).

If in the spirit of the videos, you take matters into your own hands and go to town (even though you really should save that for the professionals), follow this fix: Use a cold compress to ease swelling and redness, then apply benzoyl peroxide to the area to reduce bacteria in the area.

Once the pimple is dry, it’s okay to apply makeup. Then, stick to watching these videos and keep your mitts off your face from now on.
