MALAYSIA, June 22, 2017 – Dorsett Hosptality International today announced that it has received a record of 10 TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence (COE) for its hotels in Hong Kong, China, Malaysia and the United Kingdom. The hotels that have been bestowed with this prestigious recognition are Dorsett Kwun Tong, Dorsett Mongkok and Dorsett Wanchai; all under the group’s mid-scale brand of Dorsett Hotels. Dorsett Wanchai, formerly known as Cosmopolitan Hotel Hong Kong; the group’s flagship hotel in Hong Kong was recently renovated and rebranded. The other hotel to receive the 2017 COE recognition is the charming boutique hotel under the d.collection brand: Lan Kwai Fong Hotel@Kau U Fong.
Three out of four of the group’s hotels in China received the recognition. The hotels are Dorsett Shanghai, Dorsett Wuhan and Dorsett Grand Chengdu. Over in Malaysia, the only upscale hotel in Labuan, Dorsett Grand Labuan and the group’s flagship hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Dorsett Kuala Lumpur are proud recipients of the 2017 Certificate of Excellence.
The group’s first hotel in the United Kingdom, Dorsett Shepherds Bush was once again recognised by travellers with this certification.
Now in its seventh year, the achievement celebrates hospitality businesses that have earned great traveler reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. Certificate of Excellence recipients include accommodations, restaurants and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a quality customer experience.

The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
